Pasquale Paoli, the name we have chosen for our restaurant where we express the love of our island and the passion for our profession.
To dine at our table, it's to rediscover the spirit of the times of Paoli*, to savour through the rythme of the seasons, the fresh produce of our country all chosen with respect.

* Pasquale Paoli, the illustrated foundeur of Isula Rossa (Ile Rousse) in 1758, and most of all, is "U Babbu di a Patria" (the father of our nation), an immortal hero, a man whom in our country, was the highest incarnation of genius, patriotism and freedom.
